Dear Customer,

All our parcels are shipped with DHL Courier Service who deliver Monday to Friday (please consult business hours with your local DHL office). 

DHL will typically deliver orders bound for the USA and Canada in 3 days,  deliveries bound for Europe in 4 days and deliveries bound for Asia and the rest of the world in 5 days.   

All parcels delivered by DHL require a signature upon delivery.   Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the the delivery address.  In the event no one is available to sign,  DHL will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more convenient date for redelivery.    After the first attempt of delivery you also have the option to collect the parcel from the DHL depot.   

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that DHL have been unable to deliver, nor parcels which have been left without a signature at your request.  We always recommend that you provide us with a business address for deliveries, as there is always likely to be someone who can sign on your behalf.    

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed.  Changes of the address will need to be made directly with DHL.

Delivery to APO / BFPO and PO BOX addresses is not currently available.

We are available Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Central American time.  Orders received before 12.00 noon Mon-Fri are usually despatched the same day.   Please note that we are not open during Easter time,  official Christmas holidays and New Year's Day.    During busy periods such as Valentines,  Mothers Day,  Fathers Day and Christmas orders will typically be despatched within 2-3 working days.
